Vision for weight loss

Why have a vision for weight loss? When we make the decision to commit to a healthier lifestyle, be it to lose weight or accomplish a fitness goal, it’s important to keep your ultimate vision and end goal in mind.

What is the end goal? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? Do you want more energy to play with your kids? Do you want to increase your confidence or be more comfortable in your own body?? Would you like your clothes to fit you better? What is the outcome you are looking for? This is not only going to be what drives you and motivates you, but will determine the path in which you take to get there.

Before starting any health or weight loss journey, be sure to have your vision and goals ready! Without that vital understanding of what you are aiming for, you’ll be shooting blindly and your motivation will quickly diminish.
