What you will learn

The 2-week Gratitude Challenge is a structured program that encourages you to incorporate gratitude into your routine. It consists of daily activities and reflections that will help you develop a deeper sense of appreciation for the people, experiences, and things in your life. Each day, you will engage in specific practices to cultivate gratitude and reflect on your experiences.

During the challenge, you’ll be encouraged to keep a gratitude journal (or use the app provided) to document your thoughts and observations. This journal will serve as a personal record of your journey and allow you to track your progress over time.
